20/4/13 Darran Tokelove had a 23lb 8oz mirror and linears of 12lb and 25lb. Sam Savage had a 25lb 8oz common. Fairly recently Nigel Frear has had a lovely fully-scaled of 24lb+ and a few others and also Tom and Harry Green have had a few out.

21/4/13 Sam had a 25lb 14oz linear, whilst Darren had two carp-26lb 7oz and 22lb 11oz.

23/4/13 Ian Bellows had linears of 22lb 8oz and 18lb 12oz and a common of 29lb 10oz

24/4/13 Ian continued with mirrors of 18lb 10oz and 27lb 10oz plus commons of 19lb 12oz, 22lb 2oz, 22lb 8oz and 26lb 3oz.

26/4/13 Harry Green after a busy night on Coot Lake moved to Willow and had a linear of 26lb 12oz, a leather of 26lb 4oz and a bonus 17lb mirror.

30/4/13 I know Chris Kot had a couple of good twenties-27lb and 24 lb I think but not much info coming in from the Willow anglers at the moment

11/5/13 Dan Peacock had a 35lb cat.

17/5/13 Lewis had an 18lb 7oz common

25/5/13 Lewis again had a common of 23lb and an 18lb mirror, Robert De Souza a 22lb linear. I know Harry G had two top twenties but have no details.

John Waine had a 33lb 11oz cat but other than that no-one has sent me any catch reports.

1/6/13 Darran Tokelove had a lovely two-tone common(one side only) of 28lb 4oz. He also had carp of 22lb, 18lb and 16lb. Nigel Thompson had mirrors of 20lb 10oz and 21lb 13oz as well as a common of 25lb 4oz. Robert Hinkins had a 27lb linear.

15/6//13 Some high twenties out but no thirties. Nigel Thompson and Robert Hinkins continue to do well

20/6/13 Robert DeSouza had a mirror of 23lb 8oz and a common of 24lb 2oz and wayne Newman landed a 21lb 12oz common.

22/6/13 Robert again had a 22lb common and a 22lb mirror, whilst Nigel Thompson reeled in a 30lb 5oz cat.

23/6/13 Robert was delighted to end his session with a 27lb 2oz mirror.

28/6/13 Mickey Bartlett had an immaculate 26lb 8oz linear(gallery). Other fish caught but no details. Harry Green has been catching as has brother Tom but catch reports are not coming in!

2/7/13 Lee Price had an immaculate PB common of 25lb 11oz(gallery)

3/7/13 lee completed a great session with a 29lb+ mirror, a 31lb+ cat and a coupkle of other twenties

6/7/13 Lewis had a common of 23lb 1oz and Brendan a mirror of 27lb 2oz.

9/7/13 Lee Price had the first 40lb anything out in the form of a 41lb 7oz cat. Lee also had two 18lb mirrors. John Dolling had a common of 23lb 5oz and a 21lb 8oz linear. Lee included a 24lb 1oz ghostie and a stunning fully-scaled as well as a 24lb + common to his catch.

Not sure what came out over the weekend – it was very hot so maybe not much BUT

16/7/13 Jason Wright was very disappointed that he couldn’t fish the barbeque area because of the work going on some evenings to try and raise the level and prevent winter flooding so he found a second choice spot over the other side of the lake. His disappointment was soon outweighed by delight when he called us over to photograph an immaculate PB common of 32lb 8oz. Hopefully Jason will send a picture for the gallery. I saw it and believe me it was a beauty.

21/7/13 John finished his session having had eight carp, all twenties I think and the biggest 27lb +.

27/7/13 Mark Walker had three carp of 18lb, 20lb 4oz and 28lb 8oz. No other reports in.

3/8/13 The only report I have had is from Dan Peacock who had a 22lb common, although he did say he has been catching consistently over recent weeks.

10/8/13 No weekend reports apart from the 43lb 4oz cat that came out.

17/8/13 I heard that Brett had a 27lb mirror and a 22lb common

20/8/13 Harry did a quick overnighter and was delighted with the 32lb 12oz common he caught.

25/8/13 Jason Wright had mirrors of 20lb and 26lb 5oz.

27/8/13 Lee Price has had eight so far- a 30lb 14oz common, a 21lb 7oz leather, a 22lb 10oz common, a 20lb 4oz common, a 28lb 1oz common, an 18lb 15oz mirror, an 18lb 14oz Simmo mirror and a 17lb 13oz mirror

29/8/13 Paul Sellens did a quick overnighter and had a common of 21lb 11oz and a mirror of 14lb 1oz.

3/9/13 Lee Price had a two day session and had eleven carp, including a 25lb linear, a 27lb 5oz mirror, a 27lb 11oz common and a 23lb 13oz common.

6/9/13 Mick Bartlett had a 34lb 8oz cat.

12/9/13 Damon Goodson had a 23lb 8oz mirror and a 19lb 8oz common but was thrilled with a stunningly colourful 32lb PB common

14/9/13 Vic Maney had a very nice 24lb 15oz linear and Dan Kot was very pleased with his 31lb 8oz cat.

17/9/13 A 26lb common and a 33lb cat came out.

21/9/13 Vic had a nice 28lb+ mirror. I think Lee had a couple but no details.

28/9/13 Andy was comong to the end of his session when we caught up with him and he had plenty to report! OK here goes- commons of 16lb, 18lb, 22lb 4oz, 23lb 4oz, 26lb 8oz, 28lb 12oz, the two-tone at 29lb 12oz, 30lb 6oz, 21lb 8oz, 22lb, 24lb 8oz and mirrors of 28lb, 26lb 4oz, 28lb, 28lb 4oz and 18lb. That is sixteen in all anf there may be more to report.

4/10/13 Ryan Waring broke the lake catfish record when he landed a 45lb 8oz beast.

10/10/13 Matt Nevard had a 35lb cat and an 18lb 10oz mirror-just reward for invaluable help clearing the huge tree that was blocking the track. Thanks Matt. Dad, Paul had a common of 26lb 12oz and a mirror of 27lb 8oz. Graham Mitchell had a 26lb 8oz PB common( Thank you for your help as well Graham)

WELL IT WAS ALMOST A FORTY!!!! 19/10/13 Tom thought he had a twenty when he was playing it, thought it was a thirty as he got it to the net, knew it was special when he landed it and was over the moon when it weighed in at 39lb 12oz- just 4oz off that elusive forty but stunning nevertheless. Incidentally I am pretty certain that it is a different fish to the reported 38lb of a few weeks ago which had the white fins. Think it’s the fish known as ‘The Big Mirror’-Dave Frear had it a couple of years ago at 35lb so it’s obviously doing well

27/10/13 Gary Edwards had a 26lb common? and Nigel struck lucky with ‘The Fully-Scaled’ at 30lb 6oz. Tom Flack also had a 28lb and a 17lb

I have had no reports from anyone so can’t pass on the catches I’m afraid.

24/12/13 Steve Butt had two nice twenties- 28lb and 25lb plus a double and there have been other carp out I hear but only on the grapevine

2/1/14 Harry Green was delighted with a pristine, fully-curtained 29lb 13oz common.

6/1/14 First 30 of the year came out in the shape of a lovely 30lb 9oz common.

2/4/14 Nick Jackson had a 30lb 6oz zip linear and Mark Johnson a 27lb 2oz linear. I heard Lee Price had four including a scaly 24lb mirror.

4/4/14 Mick Walton had a 22lb 8oz mirror and a 23lb 8oz ghostie mirror. Aaron Nolan had a 27lb linear and Mark Johnson a 20lb 10oz mirror.

5/4/14 Ian Jarrold had a 35lb 9oz common. I think Mark Johnson had two at over 26lb each

8/5/14 Tom had a 17lb 3oz heavily scaled mirror.

9/5/14 Gary Maddison was having a cracking session starting with a 30lb 7oz mirror, commons of 25lb 4oz and 26lb 4oz and a mirror of 21lb 7oz.

10/5/14 Gary then had a PB common of 36lb 5oz.

14/5/14 Gary followed this up with a 37lb 6oz PB mirror and a 20 lb common. Gary had at least another two before he went home.

31/5/14 Darren P had a fully scaled of 26lb and there have been quite a few other top twenties out recently. Mick Walton had a 21lb and a 19lb and Nuri a 16lb and a 19lb8oz.

3/6/14 Paul Nevard had commons of 24lb 8oz, 18lb 12oz and 15lb.

7/7/14 Tom had two twenties out over the weekend but missed a few others and Nigel had a 19lb.

8/7/14 Paul Nevard had four fish overnight a 20lb 10oz mirror, a 21lb mirror, a linear of 22lb and a common of 28lb 8oz.

9/7/14 Paul continued to catch with a 22lb common, a 24lb fully scaled and a 20lb linear.

13/7/14 Mick Walton had a 24lb 2oz common and two doubles.

1/8/14 Paul Nevard had eighteen carp and only three of them under twenty. The best were four commons of 25lb, 27lb 28lb 4oz and 31lb 4oz. Paul also had a 35lb cat.Colin Wilde also had commons of 21lb 4oz and 20lb 5oz.

4/8/14 Simon Mead had a comon of 26lb 2oz and a spawned out heavily scaled 27lb 3oz. I know Lee had a good session -eight I think including some top doubles.

16/8/14 Harry had a 44lb 4oz cat and Aaron had a 32lb mirror.

2/9/14 Lee Price had six in his session biggest over 24lb all commons I think

4/9/14 Paul Nevard is enjoying a good session. So far he has had commons of 23lb 2oz, 20lb 2oz, 26lb 4oz and 25lb 8oz. Paul also had a 24lb linear and an 18lb 8oz leather and he’s still going!

5/9/14 Mark Redmond was delighted with his common of just over 30lb.

11/9/14 Glen reported four more-30lb 4oz common, 31lb 6oz mirror, 22lb linear and a 29lb common. That’s eight fish in total so far including three over thirty.

19/9/14 Steve Forsey had a 25lb mirror and Lee Lichfield a 22lb mirror. Rob Lagdon had a 20lb and Calvin two high doubles.

24/9/14 Glen had a mirror of 23lb 12oz and two commons of 22lb and 15lb 8oz as well as the fully scaled mirror at 29lb 12oz. Nuri was delighted with his PB 27lb 10oz mirror.

30/9/14 Phil Lee did an overnighter and had a 28lb mirror and a 16lb mirror.
