Week ending 8th March 2015- Coot Lake continues to provide some decent sport. Calvin had a couple and Ben and Mark also had carp-all doubles,

Once again Coot Lake proves to be the best chance of catching during the winter, especially it’s just a day’s fishing. People have had up to four or five in a day-typical Coot carp between 12lb and 20lb.

6/12/14 Tom had a 20lb common.

5/11/14 There have been good catches lately mainly high doubles but John had a lovely 22lb 10oz common and Stuart, as previously mentioned, had a common of 29lb 13oz that we’ve not heard of anyone catching before.

12/11/14 John finished his session having had a PB common of 22lb 10oz. As well as one other common of 18lb 11oz, John had several doubles both commons and mirrors.
